As Compliance Manager, the scope of work and responsibilities will cover the compliance and regulatory needs of our fund management operations in Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Sydney and Hong Kong.

You will be responsible for establishing and managing the compliance needs of Capital Dynamics. This will include :

  • Establishing and implementing Compliance Programs, which shall cover monitoring, reviewing, reporting, investigating and providing recommendations
  • Providing compliance advice on applicable laws, regulations and rules.
  • Preparing and reviewing filings with regulators, regular compliance returns.
  • Coordinating the company's compliance efforts including staff training, liaison with external auditors and the relevant authorities.

Requirements:

  • At least a Bachelor's Degree in Law or Accountancy qualifications or the relevant professional qualifications.
  • At least 2-3 years of compliance experience in a supervisory role, obtained in either a Malaysian or Singaporean or Australian or Hong Kong investment environment.
  • While possessing legal qualifications will be preferred, internal or external audit experience is also advantageous.
  • Able to work independently, extremely well organised and detail oriented.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English.
  • You would be required to be registered with the Malaysian Securities Commission.
