Job Description:

• To maintain the Baking standards specific for the outlets.
• Control the requisitioning, storage and careful use of available products in all menus, and operating supplies
• Control and manage the tools and equipment stocks – making sure they are handled and used efficiently, carefully, stored properly and monitors the number and does a monthly inventory.
• Ensure the correct standards and methods of service are maintained in the bakery department
• Help maintain the Hygiene and Cleanliness of the Baker compartment
• To undertake any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.

Requirements:

• At least a Culinary Diploma from a recognized hospitality/tertiary institution with Bakery-related qualifications.
• At least 1-2 year of similar experience in established bakeries, particularly those specializing in French pastries or artisanal breads
• Preferred mandarin speaking candidate due to job role for internal communication
