To support sales & marketing targets by developing promotions, incentive and campaign for assigned product categories and through monitoring and analyzing sales performances of these product categories

Job Responsibilities:

  • To propose and develop pricing, promotions, incentive and campaign for assigned product categories to support the sales & marketing targets as and when required
  • To closely monitor the sales performances of the assigned product category, promotion and campaign. Conduct analysis on the promotions on a monthly basis and proposed necessary enhancement.
  • To liaise with country sales and marketing personnel on incentive and promotion planning and execution
  • To coordinate with HQ support teams in executing countries incentive and promotion plan
  • To prepare monthly stock forecast and monitor sales of products to ensure sufficient stock coverage to meet sales & marketing targets and according to target inventory levels.
  • To work closely with the Product Sales team and Product marketing team to ensure smooth execution of product plans and activities to meet product set objectives & targets.
  • To work closely with all other cross-functional departments i.e. Planning (PU), Marketing Communications, Digital Marketing, Group IT, Sales processing, Data processing, Customer Service, etc. to ensure smooth execution of plans and operational support.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
  • Minimum of 5 years of working experiences in similar position or similar fields.
  • Proficient in data and capable of completing in-depth analysis (deep-dive) to unearth actionable insights and make recommendations.
  • Experience product sales analysis, developing promotion mechanics, and/or sales report generation is required.
  • Experience working in MLM industry will be added advantage.
  • Equipped with advanced Microsoft excel and Powerpoint skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be willing to work in Subang Jaya
