Job Description

  • Monitor and prepare office documentations such as Purchase Order, Quotation, Invoice, Delivery Order, Working Schedule, Method Statement, Work Done claim form and related documents and follow up with the person in-charge for the process.
  • Compile attendance and prepare monthly billing submission and payroll related matter.
  • Collect, prepare, compile and update office and companies expenses bills and reports.
  • Arrange in handling and schedule update foreign workers name tag, passport renewal, permit renewal and medical check up matters.
  • To perform general and administrative duties.
  • Keeping track of office stationery, printing paper and pantry supply for stock replenishment.
  • Performing ad-hoc tasks when required

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
  • Able to work under pressure and tight schedule.
  • Able to work under minimum supervision.
  • Able to travel or relocate for working if required (Klang valley- Genting Highlands, Pahang)
  • Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • We seek Mandarin-speaking candidates who are required to serve Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Good with computer and knowledge of MS Office.
  • Knowledge in simple designing apps is an add on advantages.
  • Able to start work immediately will be considered.
  • Fresh graduate are welcome.
