QA Technician
- Carry out testing/inspection for the incoming packaging material, trouble shoot on packaging quality and follow up until the issue are settled.
- Set up and storage maintenance of packaging material for reference sample and retained sample and their renewal date (if assigned to).
- To ensure the standard reference sample are up to date and replaced with new samples if there is any changes in packaging.
- Carry out re-inspection for the existing stock for packaging material after the expiry date of previous inspection.
- Carry out other related testing required or other tasks which assigned by superior from time to time.
QC Technician
- Responsible for day to day on-line (filling and packing), trouble shoot on product quality and follow up until the issues are settled.
- Responsible for FG inspection if assign to.
- Prepare and coordinate with other QC personnel and business development department for samples requested by customer for production batch.
- To ensure QC retained samples are being collected as SOP and customer requirement.
- To carry out lab testing and participate in trouble shooting when there is deviation of product quality found.
- Other duties that may be assigned by superior from time to time.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least SPM.
- Good command in Mathematics.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Word and Excel, knowledge in SAP system will be an added advantage.
- No color blind.
- At least 1 to 2 year (s) of working experience.
- Willing to work in Bayan Lepas.
