DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Digital Marketing Initiatives

  • Identify, strategize, plan, execute, and maintain digital marketing initiatives across various platforms, including SEM, email marketing, social media, display advertising, and websites, in alignment with set targets and objectives (ROI and KPIs).
  • Analyze, measure, and report on key performance metrics throughout the user funnel, from acquisition to retention, optimizing marketing spend to maximize lead generation and conversion rates.

Campaign Development and Management

  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns aimed at driving lead generation, achieving sales objectives, and positioning the Company as the preferred choice for fertility treatment services.
  • Create compelling content for digital media platforms, including website articles, social media posts, email newsletters, and other communication channels, to engage target audiences and support lead conversion efforts.

Digital Presence Management

  • Oversee and enhance the company's digital assets and documentation, including website properties, social media profiles, and other digital platforms, ensuring they effectively represent the brand and drive engagement.
  • Maintain an up-to-date and consistent brand presence across all digital channels, ensuring all communications reflect the Company's values and objectives.

Collaboration and Relationship Management

  • Foster and maintain strong business relationships with agencies, vendors, and other partners to enhance collaboration and support marketing efforts.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including sales and marketing, to align strategies and ensure seamless execution of lead generation initiatives.

Budget and Forecast Management

  • Assist in the preparation and management of departmental budgets and forecasts to ensure effective allocation of resources.

Professional Development

  • Engage in ongoing professional growth through reading relevant literature and attending local and international training sessions, seminars, and conferences.
  • Provide thought leadership and insights for the adoption of best practices in digital marketing and communications.

Miscellaneous Duties

  • Perform all other related duties as assigned or incidental to the role, including special assignments and ad-hoc projects as required.
  • Cover duties of colleagues within the same and other departments as necessary to ensure continuity of operations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Diploma in relevant/equivalent field.
  • Excellent marketing communication, planning and implementation and coordination skills: having the attitude of go-getter in exploring, securing and building opportunities but able to exercise discretion in handling confidential matters.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in informal 1-to-1 and formal presentations.
  • Demonstrates flexibility and innovative approach to work relationships.
  • PC Literate (Microsoft Office applications, email, internet, etc.). Design software literacy is an added advantage.
  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in digital marketing with similar healthcare set up discipline/industry and/or the insurance industry.
  • Basic understanding/hands-on knowledge SEO, marketing automation, CMS.
  • Excellent understanding on digital advertising tools.
  • Promoting excellence in marketing of services within the fertility industry and a good grasp of the issues and medical terms related to fertility treatment and pregnancy.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: influencing, persuasion skill, negotiation skills, empathetic, approachable and the ability to work with and through others.
  • Commitment in promoting Company’s values and corporate objectives.
  • Commitment to Company’s policies and able to work harmoniously with others.
  • Awareness of the industry trends and development.
