Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the center's internal daily server room operation and maintenance.
- Complete the installation, management and maintenance of the operating system, application software, mail client, printing system, office equipment, etc.
- Practical network operation experience, including routing, switch configuration, AD domain management, Windows system operation and network troubleshooting ability.
- Installation, debugging, configuration and maintenance of desktop equipment (desktop computer, notebook, printer).
- Installation, debugging and maintenance of office peripheral equipment (such as telephone, printer, video conference, etc.).
- Coordinate and communicate with users to ensure normal operation of the system.
- Any ad hoc duties assign by the Company from time to time.
Requirements:
- Must be able to speak and write fluent English, Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus.
- Diploma/ Degree or above in computer related field, IT service background is preferred.
- More than 1 year server room maintenance/desktop operation and maintenance support experience.
- Proficient in Windows operating system and able to deal with related daily problems.
- Familiar with Windows AD domain, basic knowledge of server, network and related software and hardware.
- Proficient in outlook, office and other clients, and proficient in installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Good communication, coordination and strain ability.
- CCNA or CCNP certification is preferred.
- Preferable who is experience in call center/outsourcing/help desk's environment and setting.
