This role supports the HR function in day-to-day operations across Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Hong Kong, ensuring compliance and smooth HR processes in all regions.

Responsibilities:

  • Support recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling to ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding, preparing documentation, and facilitating seamless transitions in and out of the company.
  • Address basic employee relations issues, handling inquiries and escalating complex matters to senior HR staff as needed.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies across all regions.
  • Assist with payroll administration by collaborating with finance and vendors to ensure accurate salary payments and benefits processing.
  • Help organize employee engagement activities, such as wellness programs and recognition events, to promote a positive work environment.
  • Coordinate performance management processes, tracking evaluations, and assisting managers with performance-related tasks.
  • Support the implementation of HR policies, ensuring consistency and compliance across regions.
  • Assist in process improvements, including the implementation of new HR systems and tools.

Requirements:

  • Basic understanding of regional labor laws.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and technology.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and exercise problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a multi-country setting.
  • HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are a plus.
  • Experience in the tech or telecommunications industry is advantageous.
  • Ability to commit to a 12-month contract.
