Job Scope:

• Drive and build marketing strategies across all channels.
• Develop overall marketing capabilities to facilitate critical insights about the customers and markets in the design and implementation of annual’s customer/marketing plans.
• Build strong collaboration and alignment with external and internal key stakeholders (clients, local and regional cross functional team) to ensure brand strategy aligns with overall vision and business objectives.
• Work on marketing campaign planning & execution, tracking, measurement, evaluation & reporting on all activities within the portfolio.
• Sales & market trend analysis to support reporting and activity planning
• Competitor observation & analysis, gathering of feedback on market intelligence and competitor’s activity for reformulation of strategy.
• Manage overall marketing operations and brand budget based on priority and necessary trade-off for overall performance.
• Plan and develop digital strategy for the assigned brands into social media platforms.
• Any tasks or projects as assigned by the superiors/Company.


Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Marketing, Business, Commercial or equivalent from a reputable University (Diploma with good experience will be considered).
• Min 3-5 years’ experience, experience with Pharmacy / FMCG background
• A team player.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese.
• Capable of multi-tasking with good follow through skills.
