This position is responsible for delivering comprehensive HR services across Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, Hong Kong, and other entities within the group. The focus is on strategic HR initiatives and ensuring operational excellence across all regions.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for HR inquiries, providing timely advice and solutions to employees and managers.
  • Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, employee relations, and offboarding, ensuring compliance and consistency across regions.
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts, coordinating with local teams to develop hiring strategies that align with growth and workforce needs, while maintaining strong talent pipelines.
  • Organize and drive employee engagement initiatives, including surveys and programs designed to boost satisfaction, retention, and company culture across different countries.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, staying up-to-date on legislative changes and communicating necessary updates to leadership.
  • Supervise payroll and benefits administration, working with third-party providers to ensure accuracy and efficiency across all regions.
  • Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of HR systems and tools, ensuring they enhance operational efficiency and provide valuable data insights.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop, implement, and ensure consistency of HR policies that align with strategic goals across all entities.
  • Conduct regular HR audits and reviews, ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of regional labor laws across multiple countries.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to exercise discretion in sensitive matters.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and technology.
  • Leadership and mentoring abilities.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of HR experience in multi-country operations.
  • HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are preferred.
  • Experience in the tech or telecommunications industry is advantageous.
