  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Main Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead programs and be the primary interface between the Company and customer to ensure all customer feedback and requirements are attended to promptly.
  • Collaborate efficiently and effectively with cross functional teams within the organization to implement a successful life cycle for each assigned program. This includes monitoring the financial status of each assigned program, conduct analysis on business efficiency and maintain the profitability of the customer account.
  • Review and drive for continuous improvement in the areas of cost and on-time-delivery so that set goals and KPIs are all consistently met.
  • Ensure that customer satisfaction is consistently met, with issues managed promptly, corrective actions followed through and completed efficiently.
  • Be the focal person on all contractual negotiations, ECN, RFQ between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Keep abreast of technological, regulatory and operational changes that affect the activities and work processes of assigned program, and take relevant action to suit these changes.
  • This position is based at SAM Meerkat (M) Sdn Bhd, Hilir Sungai Keluang 5, Bayan Lepas Free Industrial Zone, Penang.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or a relevant field.
  • 8 years of work experience, of which, at least 5 years in a program management or administration role. If you are currently in an Assistant Manager (or equivalent level) role, you may also submit your application for consideration.
  • Experience in contract manufacturing environment. High preference with work experience in metal sheet, or metal fabrication industry.
  • Independent, self-driven and results oriented.
  • Strong leadership skills, and proven successful program management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written communication. High proficiency in English.
  • Excellent presentation skills. Good computer literacy.
  • Ability to muti-task and work efficiently with cross functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, and numerical analytical skills. Meticulous and detail oriented.
