About BowerBird:

BowerBird is an Australian-based online platform that connects architecture and design professionals with journalists to get their work published. BowerBird is a 100% remote workplace, where coaching and high performance is prioritised.

You’ll be someone who gets a buzz out of trying new things and chasing daily improvement. You’ll love being coached, and developing new ways to get the job done, in close collaboration with your coach.

Why Join BowerBird?

BowerBird is a global team of excellent humans with a focus on using tech to help tell better stories. We are genuinely invested in staff improvement, where coaching isn’t an afterthought, but is central to our daily activities. We’re doing seriously fun stuff with tech; working on the cutting edge of AI to build a large and engaged network of professionals – including the world’s largest and most-respected publications.

Skateboarding

We like to skateboard. No, not literally – that could end badly. Skateboarding reflects our product development culture. Our team of high-performance developers pushes small features every single day, iterating towards a better product and our ‘north star’. This has become part of our wider company culture. Within Sales, this means daily coaching (often asynchronous), and daily skateboards for constant improvement.

It means you can go home at the end of every day feeling like you’ve achieved something, and no more endless project timelines and weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting.
