Finance Analyst - Procure to Pay

We are looking for a Procure to Pay Analyst to be responsible to perform accounting and invoice processing for Zalora Cluster. This role is based in Malaysia.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Processing vendor invoices and credit note timely, accurately and completely in line with established SLA
  • Performing monthly supplier reconciliation and follow up on discrepancies identified
  • Working together with other business stakeholders to resolve issues involving invoices capturing and ensuring approvals and adherence to policies and processes
  • Supporting collection process for any overdue customer invoices
  • Perform due diligent work for newly onboarded sellers and ensure correct setup is made in SAP
  • Participate and contribute to process improvement projects
  • Supporting Senior and Manager in gathering relevant information for audit and other ad-hoc duties

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

  • Candidate must possess at least an Advanced Diploma in Accounting/Business Administration/Commerce or working towards Professional Accounting Qualification such as ACCA, MICPA or CIMA
  • Good knowledge and understanding of Finance processes and accounting entry
  • Have at least 2 years of experience in Procure to Pay in a shared service environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Good knowledge of excel
  • Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work
  • Pro-active and good team player
  • Ability to complete a variety of related tasks
  • Mature and able to work independently
