- Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Social Science/Sociology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Dentistry, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
- 2 Years of working experience in the related field is advantages.
- Must have own transport or be able to travel easily to workplace.
- Experience as a Dental Clinic Receptionist is definitely welcomed.
- Must be fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak additional language is an advantage.
- Must be computer literate to be able to use basic Dental Clinic Management software and be competent in Microsoft Words and Excel.
- Must have pleasant personality and able to fix appointments effectively and follow up on recalls and be able to convince patients to keep their appointments as accurately as possible.
- Must be able to handle irate clients diplomatically and solve, as much as possible, all the complains at the front desk, independently.
- Must always be punctual and take full responsibility for keeping appointment books filled, fully updated and current.
- Basic Administrative and Accounting, book-keeping and accounts knowledge is useful.
- Must be skilled in E-mailing, letter writing etc
- Working hours: 8.30 am till 6 pm. Monday to Friday. Saturday’s 8.30am till 3pm.
- Sundays and Public Holidays off.
