Production Supervisor, Warehouse Supervisor, Engineering, PMC
What You Will Do
- Schedule production based on PMC demand and actual workshop capacity, tracking production and material anomalies and coordinating resolutions.
- Manage production order release, WIP, inventory, and material attrition, ensuring inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate with production supervisors/leaders on internal and external resource planning for order fulfillment.
- Coordinate with PMC on delivery plans, reporting abnormalities and recovery plans to ensure timely delivery.
- Work closely with production supervisors to monitor productivity, address bottlenecks, and develop OT plans for on-time delivery.
- Provide daily reports on planning and production output to review with PMC and production management.
- Ensure key deliverables align with roles, responsibilities, and expectations set by supervisors.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by Management.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Production Engineering.
- Having experience with using SAP.
- Having experience in production planning and output tracking.
What Will Put You Ahead
- Having experience in production build matrix planning and execution, in high mix low volume business model.
