  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibility:

  • Developing and implementing marketing plans.
  • Collect and organize airline/supplier pricing, publish route dynamics, and handle daily inquiries and rate applications.
  • Source cargo space with airlines/supplier and arrange transport for shipments; promptly relay space information to sales department or clients.
  • Liaise closely with airlines/shipping companies in negotiating competitive freight rates and space bookings.
  • Overseeing and maintaining relationship with airline to ensure we meet our market needs.
  • Develop space allocation plans, monitor cargo status, and address any anomalies.
  • Compile cargo data and submit regular route analysis reports.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Malay, English & Chinese. Must know mandarin for communication with China headquarter.
  • Candidate qualified for Diploma & Degree qualification in Business Administrative, Logistics or related field.
  • At least 3year(s) of working experience related to airfreight forwarding industry.
  • Solid understanding of international air freight operations and strong trade knowledge. Must be able to handle import/export air fright operation and knowledge of custom related matters.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
  • Excellent skills in communication, relationship-building and analytical skills, with a strong sense of responsibility and service orientation.
  • Strong connection with shipping line, freight forwarders and counterpart is a added advantage
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and work under pressure.
