  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

About our Client

This company is a big conglomerate based in Selangor with businesses in multiple industries such as Property, Construction, Engineering, Trading and Services. With ongoing expansion plans to continuously gain market share over their competitors and the vision to be a market leader, they are looking to hire a Tax Manager to join their finance team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all tax matters in Malaysia & Singapore.
  • Prepare tax computations and tax fillings within statutory deadlines.
  • Assist with Transfer Pricing matters and intercompany transactions.
  • Work closely with stakeholders and external advisors to develop tax audit defense strategy and communicate with tax authorities.

Skills And Experience Required

  • Any relevant candidate with at least 6-7 years of experience in Malaysia Tax, regional tax exposure is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; membership with professional bodies such as ICAEW, ACCA or CPA preferred.
  • Prior working experience in Big 4 advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders (finance and non-finance)
