Key Roles & Responsibilities

Operational Efficiency

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of cafe operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
  • Monitor food quality and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Monitor and control operating costs, including staff wages, utilities and suppliers
  • Ensure compliance with FRC policies and procedures
  • Maintain a clean, organized and visually appealing store environment
  • Conduct Regular Site Visit to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and offer recommendations to enhance operations

Staff Management

  • Recruit, train & supervise a team of associates and support staff, including cashiers, waiters, supervisor, kitchen and individuals who fall under your jurisdiction or supervision
  • Provide guidance, motivation and ongoing coaching to staff members
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and address any performance issues

Sales & Customer Service

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and profit goals
  • Monitor sales
  • Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained at all times
  • Resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and effectively

Inventory and Stock Management

  • Oversee the inventory management process including stock ordering, receiving, replenishment
  • Manage inventory levels and ordering processes. Implement efficient stock rotation and waste reduction strategies
  • Conduct regular stock audits and maintain accurate records of inventory
  • Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of products
  • Verify supplies arrive timely with quality control check with external suppliers/vendors and preparations of paperwork

Marketing and Promotions

  • Collaborate with marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies
  • Plan and execute promotional activities to drive customer traffic and sales
  • Monitor the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed

Administrations

  • Analyze sales data, customer feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Prepare regular sales & performance reports for management
  • Responsible for making sure all complaints and feedback are reported to GM
  • Hold and document monthly meetings, food tasting etc and conduct all meetings as needed
  • Make recommendations to management regarding pricing, products assortment and promotions.
  • Ensure data confidentiality and adherence to data protection regulations
  • Collaborate with HR team for Hiring, payroll and human resource related matters
  • Manage Business Licensing / Renewal
  • Prepare any documentation as needed for the relevant department

Requirements

  • Graduate with Diploma and above
  • At least 3years of managerial experience in the Food & Beverage Industry or customer services in the hospitality industry
  • Experienced with food safety and inventory management procedures
  • Able to handle pressure, work in shifts
  • Work on WEEKENDS & PUBLIC HOLIDAY is a Must
  • Team player, Confident, Service Oriented, Flexible, Positive, Creative
  • Proficient in computer applications
  • Proven management & leadership skills with exemplary organizational, time management, communication
  • Effective communication skills. (Proficient English and Chinese are required)
