Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office position at Crowne Plaza Kuala Lumpur City Centre. The Front Office staff will be responsible for phone etiquette, appointment scheduling, customer service, receptionist duties, and effective communication with guests and colleagues.

Qualifications

  • Phone Etiquette, Customer Service, and Communication skills
  • Experience in Appointment Scheduling and Receptionist Duties
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor
  • Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality industry is a plus
  • Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
