  • Develop and implement Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies and procedures.

  • Investigate incidents and near-misses, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on EHS initiatives.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
  • Over 5 years of experience in EHS management, preferably within a manufacturing setting (PCB industry).
  • Experience in project management and plant start-up is advantageous.
  • CePBFO (bag filter) competency is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and standards (e.g., DOE/DOSH).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (both verbal and written) is advantageous, with the requirement to collaborate with the China team.
  • Willingness to undergo training in China for 3 to 6 months.
