Job Description:

  • Manage departmental documentation and filing system accurately and in a professional manner.
  • To assist the Sales Manager to ensure accuracy of venues in the banquet and catering reservation book and to manage changes accordingly.
  • Assist when possible, Sales Managers on related sales and marketing issues and actively involved in the sales discussion.
  • Answer all in-coming in a professional, courteous and friendly manner before the third ring.
  • Correctly handle the telephone system of the hotel and to accurately receive telephone messages with the caller’s name, company he/she represents and contact details.
