JOB SUMMARY
Maintain the cleanliness of all guest rooms, public area and back of the house areas. Plan, direct and control the housekeeping department in a smooth and efficient manner. Provide a safe and orderly environment for both guests and employees. In charge of furniture, fixtures and equipment upkeep of every room. Supervised assigned areas of the day-to-day operation of the Housekeeping Department within the established Hotel policies and procedure.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for cleanliness, orderliness and appearance of the entire hotel.
- Ensure that rooms are made as per Company standard.
- Conduct daily spot checks of rooms to ensure that hotel brand standards and SOP's are consistently implemented.
- Prepare Annual Housekeeping Budget and Monthly Report
- Develop and implement Housekeeping system and procedures
- Coordinating the preventive maintenance schedule of rooms and public area with maintenance department
- Evaluate staff work performance and planning and organizing staff training and development schemes
- Prepares stock inventories on a monthly basis to control and monitor losses and wastage in linen inventory, room amenities, chemical usage, laundry cost, uniform control and other departmental relating expenses.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Experience:
- Housekeeping: 5 years (Required)
