- Skillfully cut and slice roast meats, such as roast duck, roast chicken, and char siu (roast pork), into attractive and consistent portions.
- Assist in the preparation of roast meats by applying marinades, spice rubs, and other seasonings as per the established recipes and methods.
- Inspect the roast meats for freshness, tenderness, and visual appeal to ensure they meet the restaurant's quality standards.
- Operate and maintain meat cutting equipment, such as meat cleavers, knives, and slicing machines, ensuring they are in proper working condition and sanitized regularly.
- Adhere to strict food safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper storage, handling, and temperature control of raw and cooked meat products.
- Previous experience as a Roast Meat Cutter, Butcher, or in a similar role is an advantage.
- Strong knife handling skills and the ability to use meat cutting equipment safely and effectively.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods and lifting heavy objects.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
