Job Responsibilities:
- KPI Development: Draft and design Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each team and department.
- Implementation: Ensure KPIs are effectively implemented across all departments.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate the performance against KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Reporting: Prepare and present performance reports to management, highlighting achievements and areas for development.
- Support: Assist managers and teams in understanding and meeting their KPIs, providing guidance and resources as needed.
- Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with departments to refine KPIs and performance processes to align with organizational goals.

- RM 2,500 - RM 3,500
Location
- Within 1 minute walk from PWTC lrt station; staff accommodation is provided above the office
