MARKETING EXECUTIVE

The Marketing Executive is responsible to support the Sales & Marketing department in planning, execution and supervision of successful marketing events, collateral design and development, PR and prepare marketing reports and presentations. The position will interface with all departments to assist in the creation of effective marketing pieces. Supports the organization in generating profitable revenue to increase revenue, market share, and brand awareness.

Essential Functions

• To gather market information & competitor activities.
• Develop marketing plans to enhance the company’s brand and increase the customer base.
• Support in creating content and messages for marketing collaterals (e.g., poster, leaflet, patient education materials, promotional materials) including proofreading and/or translation as needed.
• Manages timely completion of all marketing projects and works with departments to successfully market amenities, events, etc.; follows-up with departments to ensure satisfaction of finished product
• Assists with development of annual marketing plan in conjunction with sales department
• Assists with brand development and protection and maintains records of all awards and recognitions
• Focuses on marketing initiatives to create customer loyalty and increase market share
• Maintain sales, marketing and reservation files and databases

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the marketing sector.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
