Qashier is looking for a Merchant Renewal Specialist to support our growth!
We are a dynamic and fast-growing team excited about commerce, retail, and payments and the opportunity to transform these industries with data and technology.
We are looking for passionate individuals who can spearhead the company's growth through optimizing revenue growth and retention with our existing merchants. This role might suit you if you have the knowledge and a keen interest in point of sale, payment systems, account management, and B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to merchants before their subscription expiry deadline. Expand the relationship with existing merchants by proposing solutions that meet their current objectives.
- Discuss renewal value with customers and build relationships to ensure timely renewals.
- Manage the renewal process, coordinating with Sales, Finance, and other teams. Leverage upsell and renewal opportunities by advising merchants on new features and use cases within our platform to drive upsell opportunities into new features or higher subscriptions and convert existing customers to annual subscriptions.
- Perform other duties as needed.
- At least 1 year of experience in B2B/IT sales or account management/customer success experience.
- Enthusiasm for technology, startups, fintech, and the retail industry.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including bilingual oral communication abilities.
- A meticulous focus on detail and commitment to customer service.
