Based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and reporting to the North America Service Sales Director, the Services Sales Territory Manager is responsible for generating Service Revenue against Targets for Territories within the United States, Canada, and Latin America Region. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, be pro-active, have excellent communication skills and be able to work in an international team. Fluency in English is required.

Job Duties

  • Providing Quotations and Contract Renewals
  • Providing Warranty Renewals via Partners or direct to End Users
  • Daily Management of the SalesForce.com & D365 Microsoft Dynamics
  • Managing Service Requests from D365
  • Assisting and supporting the Services Sales Teams in US
  • Purchase Orders are raised, Invoices are paid, etc.
  • Work with Quantum Customers directly on daily basis as their direct point of Contact
  • Produce regular reports, metrics as requested
  • Attend regular Quantum Sales or Company Meetings both in the US and occasionally overseas
  • Work closely with the US Sales teams passing leads for new business, customer concerns or issues
  • Assist Partners on quoting from Quantum Worldwide Price Book or ASP Partner Program
  • Work in close partnership with Service Sales Territory Managers across US
  • Territories, providing cover when required
  • Assist Technical Support Team in resolving Customer Data issues.

Job Requirements

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software; Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Ability to work with Oracle CRM System & Salesforce
  • Microsoft Dynamics D365 experience would be highly beneficial
  • Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and the ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Ability to work without direct supervision
  • Previous experience working in a Customer Services and Service Sales environment would be a useful asset dealing particularly with Partners and End Users in a multi-tiered environment
  • Professional Attitude, Organized, Self-motivated, ability to work on own and in a team
  • Willingness to learn and develop in role. Full training will be provided, and you will be paired with a team mentor.
  • Working hours: USA Time Zone = Malaysia 11.00PM to 8.00AM (Flexible and adaptable)
