Job Responsibility
- Liase with Mall Management Team / Media / Press-Media Collabration.
- Monitor / Ensure all marketing material is on timeline and in good condition before sending out.
- Handle pre-launching enquiry, before new product launching.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
- Monitor industry developments and stay updated on market conditions.
- Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.).
- Coordinate with graphic designers, copywriters, and other creative teams to produce engaging content.
- Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines and messaging.
- Create compelling content for various marketing channels, including blog posts, newsletters, social media, and website.
- Manage and update the company's social media profiles and presence.
- Organize and coordinate promotional events, product launches, and Roadshows.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales collateral and promotional materials.
- Provide support for lead generation and customer acquisition efforts.
- Minimum Diploma or higher in Marketing / Business Administrative Field.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to listen actively and understand customer needs.
- Organizational Skills.
