Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Interior Designer at Tuntas Construction Sdn Bhd. The Interior Designer will be responsible for space planning, creating construction drawings, interior design, and selecting furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E). The role involves working on projects in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor, ensuring designs meet client expectations and adhere to project timelines and budgets. This job have the flexiblelity to work from home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible, initiative and willing to learn
  • Participate in site visits and assist in the supervision of project installations.
  • Space Planning and Architecture skills
  • Proficiency in Construction Drawings
  • Interior Design expertise
  • Ability to select FF&E
  • Creativity and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of building codes and regulations
  • Assist in the preparation of design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and schedules.
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

• Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English, ability to communicate in Chinese and dialects is a plus

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• A creative mindset with attention to detail.

• A portfolio showcasing design projects (academic or professional) is highly desirable

• Must possess own transport

Basic Pay : RM300 - RM500 (Additional Bonus if well perform)
