Location: Jalan Masjid India, Kuala Lumpur City Centre
Salary range: Up till RM 6,500
- At least 5 years of experience
- Able to handle full spectrum of HR especially payroll, recruitment, attendance checking, foreign worker management
- Must be from Retail background
- Proficiency in HR2000 system is an added advantage
JD:
Develop and implement HH policies, procedures, and the employee handbook, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with the management team on all aspects of people leadership, including business changes and transformation. Build strong relationships with the management team to offer coaching and challenges in a high-performance environment.
• Oversee HR management and development, including recruitment, selection, discipline, grievance handling, mentoring, compensation, contracts, training and development, talent management, succession planning, and performance appraisals.
• Partner on projects when needed to support continuous improvement and implement programs such as organizational changes and business excellence initiatives.
• Monitor, measure, and report on HR issues, opportunities, development plans, and achievements within the agreed formats and timelines.
• Stay updated on HR legislation through research and events, providing relevant interpretations to management.
• Offer insights and recommendations on HR initiatives that can enhance business outcomes, such as leadership and development programs.
• Prepare the yearly Manning Guide and HR Budget, ensuring strict compliance with guidelines.
• Act as a bridge between management and employees, addressing demands, grievances, or other concerns.
• Support the business's current and future needs by fostering the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of human capital.
• Cultivate a positive work environment.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that promotes high performance.
• Maintain the pay plan and benefits program while assessing and implementing training programs as needed.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards across all aspects of HR management.
• Collaborate with the Admin department to enhance internal communication and information-sharing mechanisms with employees.
• Promote a safe and healthy work environment by ensuring compliance with the OH&S Act and Regulations, in coordination with the Safety Officer and relevant managers.
• Liaise with the OH&S Committee and the Department of Labour as required.
• Provide employees with appropriate orientation at the start of employment.
• Conduct exit interviews for departing employees.
