This is a temporary full time 6-month position based in our office, with the potential for contract extension based on performance. You must be willing to work in an office setting daily.

As one of the world's largest independent financial consultancies we are currently searching for an Executive PA / Sales Coordinator to work in our Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia office as we are expanding. We help our clients, who are primarily expatriates and international investors, reach and exceed their financial goals.

Working closely with the Area Manager, we devise, implement, and manage bespoke financial strategies and solutions that help create, grow, and maximize their wealth.

The Employee’s duties shall include, but shall not be limited to:

  • Assisting the Area Manager in the general daily office administrative and office support activities when it comes to new and existing business.
  • Handling the office's social media and digital marketing strategy.
  • Assisting in the Business Development, Sales process and CRM system.
  • Monitoring the office reception and phone calls, attending to visitors and assist other staff in the organisation with their enquiries.
  • Overseeing incoming and outgoing couriers.
  • Operating a range of office machines such as photocopiers, computers, and faxes.
  • Filing papers and documents.
  • Processing new businesses submitted by the consultants, according to the compliance guidelines issued by the Company.
  • Overseeing client servicing admin related works such as emails and phone calls, and allocating them to the respective servicing Financial Consultants; and
  • Performing any other duties deemed appropriate by the Company

Experience Needed

  • Must have experience as a PA and having worked closely with management and stakeholders.
  • Experience in the Financial Services Industry is a bonus.
  • Experience in Sales or Business Development a bonus.
  • Fluent in English - Spoken, reading and writing.
  • Competent in dealing with existing Clients and helping to on-board new ones.
  • We are only looking for motivated and driven individuals with a high level of communication.
