The Impact You’ll Make

As a Program or Project Manager at Lam, you will play a pivotal role in driving projects/programs for Supply Chain team. You’ll be at the forefront of project initiation through delivery, using your expertise to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure project are completed on time and within budget.

In this role, you will directly contribute to Supply Chain department.

What You’ll Do

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic supply chain team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing non-technical projects, ensuring efficient and effective operations, and providing administrative support to the supply chain department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management:
    • Lead and manage non-technical supply chain projects, including cross-site and cross-functional supply chain events in the region, from initiation to completion by developing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
    • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary.
    • Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.


  • Administrative Support:
    • Provide administrative support to the team of senior executives from Supply Chain, including managing calendars, making appointments, travel plans and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.
    • Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
    • Organizing departmental activities when necessary.
    • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials.
    • Handle correspondence and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Who We’re Looking For

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree / diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management or project management.
  • Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
