  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are currently looking for a talented Senior Sales Executive for an European MNC that specializes in manufacturing and distributing Plastic and Paper products.

Reporting to: Sales Manager

Location: Johor

the role

  • Seek out new customers and manage sales order processes.
  • Manage shipping and export documentation for international sales.
  • Ensure timely delivery of ordered goods.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to provide post-delivery or after-sales services to customers.
  • Handle customer feedback and complaints.
  • Manage non-conforming products, including addressing customer rejections.
  • Prepare and analyze statistical reports based on set quality objectives.
  • Investigate issues and propose corrective or improvement actions when necessary.
  • Present sales performance reports during management review meetings.
  • Provide input for risk and opportunity assessments.

the requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales training or experience.
  • Availability for regular business travel within Johor
  • Business-to-business sales experience in the relevant industries.
  • Excellent planning & organizational skills.
