- Source, select & negotiate with suppliers based on cost, quality & delivery to obtain the best value for goods & services in line with project timelines.
- Manage purchasing process from purchase requisition, purchase orders to delivery, ensuring timely availability of all required materials.
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and monitoring stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Liaising with suppliers to negotiate contracts, monitor delivery times, and resolve any issues that arise.
- Delivery & maintain strong relationships with suppliers & oversee suppliers on time delivery & quality performance.
- Work with sales, warehouse, and after-sales teams to ensure smooth communication and deliveries across the board.
- Support tender team to obtain latest cost from suppliers.
- Ensure purchasing & procurement activities comply with the company's policies & procedures, code of ethics, values & adherence to relevant laws & regulations.
- Other duties & assignments as instructed by superiors from time to time.
- Good communication skills in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Posses minimum SPM / Diploma / Bachelor degree in Business studies/ Supply Chain related field or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement or supply chain management.
- Preferably working experience in F&B industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities & meet deadlines.
- Ability to work well in a team & adapt to a fast paced environment.
- Strong communication skill & attention to details.
- Must willing to work in Taman Sg Besi, KL.
