  • We are looking for a highly motivated, positive-minded Customer Service Executive
  • Understand company products and brands, Deliver professional customer service experience
  • Answering customer questions and enquiry at our online stores. Solving customer problems
  • Proactively identify customers’ needs, delivering service and satisfaction.
  • Develop professional rapport with the customers and build positive brand loyalty
  • Monitoring customer reviews to ensure all customers are happy
  • Assist in stocks monitoring and other administrative works.
  • Manage other ad-hoc projects/duties as assigned from time to time
  • Helping in marketing task to increase company by increasing traffics and sales conversion rates
  • Display good team working attitude and behavior within the work environment and within other divisions in the company
  • Willingness to learn about our awesome products and services.
  • Have an eye for details and is not afraid to take ownership of the situation when needed.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, manage time effectively and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team player who can work independently, flexible and able to adapt to any work situation, able to think critically and have reasonably good problem-solving skills.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for customer service.
  • Language required: English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Minimum education: Diploma and above
  • Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm)
