- To maintain an effective filing system and upkeep of employee records.
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties as assigned
- Assist recruitment process and coordinate communication with candidates and conduct an interview for operator and miscellaneous.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (attendance, absences, leaves etc).
- At least 1-2 years working experience in Human Resources management will be added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain confidential information.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
