- Greets visitors and all patients professionally.
- Informs therapist of patient arrival and escorts patient to treatment room
- Assists with patient treatment or chaperon doctor during consultation as directed by doctor/clinic supervisor/team leader and/or provide coverage as appropriate and needed
- Key in patient data / invoices into Gloco Clinic Management System
- Documents/receipts/invoices filing
- Routinely stocks the linen cabinets and maintains appropriate levels of linen
- Performs all other administrative tasks as assigned
- Be responsible for all patients that have to be attended to as per physician/practitioner orders
- Ensures all patients, visitors, and staff are well served by providing a pleasant and organized atmosphere
- Informs therapist of patient arrival and escorts patient to treatment room
- Make sure all clinic medical devices are in good order
- Maintaining clinic upkeep and cleanliness.
- Plans and manages office service activities such as reception, telephone, mail, fax, copying equipment, and the purchasing, receiving, and storing of office supplies
- Monitors patient flow and communicates to practice managers any issues, including wait times, in the registration and clinical areas throughout the day
- Language proficiency: English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Must have 3 years of medical office or clerical experience
- Prefer experience in a healthcare setting
- Prefer patient registration and customer service experience
- Excellent communicator with team mates and superiors
- Exhibit teamwork
- Good problem solving skill
- Punctual and reliable.
