(1) Retail
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service.
- Support the sales team in providing exceptional service to customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues.
- Help with visual merchandising and maintaining store presentation standards.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
- Assist in planning and executing promotional events and in-store activities.
- Collaborate with team members on inventory audits and stock replenishment.
- Gather and analyse customer feedback to improve the shopping experience.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including data entry and report generation.
Job Requirements:
- Pursuing a Degree / Diploma in Retail Management, Business, Marketing, or any related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Basic understanding of retail operations and visual merchandising principles.
(2) Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, etc.).
- Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that will inform marketing strategies.
- Help create engaging content for our website, social media platforms, and marketing materials.
- Support the planning and execution of events, promotions, and other marketing activities.
- Analyse marketing performance metrics and assist in reporting findings to the team.
- Collaborate with team members on brainstorming sessions and creative projects.
- Maintain organized records of marketing activities and communications.
- Provide administrative support as needed.
Job Requirement:
- Pursuing a Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or any related field.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Has a creative mindset and strong organizational skills.
(3) Accounting & Finance
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily financial process such as payment, receivables and reporting.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and adjustments.
- Help maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Participate in accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing and payment tracking.
- Assist in ad hoc tasks assigned by Manager.
Job Requirements:
- Pursuing a Degree / Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of financial principles and practices.
(4) Human Resources & Admin
Job Responsibilities:
- Help maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives and assist in organizing company events and activities.
- Conduct research on HR best practices and assist with special projects as needed.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and maintaining HR databases.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for HR meetings.
- Assist in ad hoc tasks assigned by Manager.
Job Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
