(1) Retail

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service.
  • Support the sales team in providing exceptional service to customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues.
  • Help with visual merchandising and maintaining store presentation standards.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
  • Assist in planning and executing promotional events and in-store activities.
  • Collaborate with team members on inventory audits and stock replenishment.
  • Gather and analyse customer feedback to improve the shopping experience.
  • Provide administrative support as needed, including data entry and report generation.

Job Requirements:

  • Pursuing a Degree / Diploma in Retail Management, Business, Marketing, or any related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Basic understanding of retail operations and visual merchandising principles.

(2) Marketing

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, etc.).
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that will inform marketing strategies.
  • Help create engaging content for our website, social media platforms, and marketing materials.
  • Support the planning and execution of events, promotions, and other marketing activities.
  • Analyse marketing performance metrics and assist in reporting findings to the team.
  • Collaborate with team members on brainstorming sessions and creative projects.
  • Maintain organized records of marketing activities and communications.
  • Provide administrative support as needed.

Job Requirement:

  • Pursuing a Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or any related field.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Has a creative mindset and strong organizational skills.

(3) Accounting & Finance

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily financial process such as payment, receivables and reporting.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and adjustments.
  • Help maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Participate in accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing and payment tracking.
  • Assist in ad hoc tasks assigned by Manager.

Job Requirements:

  • Pursuing a Degree / Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of financial principles and practices.

(4) Human Resources & Admin

Job Responsibilities:

  • Help maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in employee engagement initiatives and assist in organizing company events and activities.
  • Conduct research on HR best practices and assist with special projects as needed.
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and maintaining HR databases.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations for HR meetings.
  • Assist in ad hoc tasks assigned by Manager.

Job Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
