Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Human Resource Manager to manage all aspects of HR functions for our retail pharmacy. The HR Manager will play a critical role in developing, implementing, and managing HR strategies and policies that align with our business goals and foster a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Staffing:

  • Oversee the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Develop and implement onboarding programs for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.

    Employee Relations:

    • Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
    • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions, promoting a positive and fair work culture.

      Performance Management:

      • Implement performance appraisal systems and coordinate with department heads for staff evaluations.
      • Provide support and coaching to employees and supervisors to achieve performance goals.

        Compensation & Benefits:

        • Manage the payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely salary payments.
        • Oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave entitlements, and other benefits.

          Training & Development:

          • Identify training needs and design development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
          • Coordinate and facilitate training sessions and workshops for staff development.

            Compliance & Record Keeping:

            • Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and regulations.
            • Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation, including contracts, leave applications, and other relevant information.

              HR Strategy & Planning:

              • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s overall objectives.
              • Conduct workforce planning and manage employee retention initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably within the retail or pharmacy sector.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR functions efficiently
