  • Use Excel and Google Drive for data entry, analysis, and processing.
  • Accurately input financial transactions into the general ledger system, manage receipts and payments, ensuring correct classification and relevant documents are attached.
  • Process receipts and payments, monitor accounts receivable, and follow up on overdue accounts.
  • Track and maintain customer account records to ensure the accuracy and completeness of information.
  • Maintain company files and data systems, ensuring data security and confidentiality.
  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.
  • SPM / Diploma/ Degree any field. We will provide training.
  • Accept high school diploma or other relevant qualifications/certificates.
  • Able to speak in English and Mandarin.
  • Basic arithmetic skills "addition, subtraction, multiplication, division"
  • Basic skills in Excel and Google Drive. (If not familiar, we will provide training.)
  • Attention to detail with numbers, ability to calculate and record accurately to ensure precise financial processing.
  • Maintain ethical behavior when handling sensitive financial information.

  • Training Provided: The company will offer necessary training to help new employees quickly familiarize themselves with their work and enhance their skills.

  • Base Salary: RM3000 - RM4000
  • Monthly Bonus: RM1000 - RM5000
  • Working Days: Monday to Saturday (8am - 5pm)
  • Sundays Off
