Own It:

• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs.

• Analyze competitors and market conditions to develop informed strategies.

• Develop and execute business development strategies and plans aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

• Create a roadmap for achieving revenue and growth targets.

• Generate leads and new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital marketing.

• Prepare and present compelling proposals, pitches, and presentations to potential clients and partners. Customize solutions to meet client needs.

• Lead negotiations, close deals, and manage contracts.

• Set and achieve revenue targets by developing and implementing sales strategies.

• Oversee the production and distribution of ad mail campaigns to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

• Track campaign performance and provide clients with detailed reports on key metrics.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in advertising sales, direct mail, admail, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of the print advertising industry and market trends.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Experience in negotiating contract terms and specifications with client and vendor.

• Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.

• Proficiency in using CRM and sales management tools.
