  • To support daily administration and operation of the company
  • Maintain systematic filing system and safe keeping important and confidential documents for smooth data retrieving
  • Assist in preparing documents for quotation, invoices and receipts
  • Oversee and maintain staff attendance and leave records
  • Plan & coordinate staff engagement activities
  • Knowledge in HALAL, ISO 22000, MeSTI, GMP & HACCP application is an added advantage
  • To assist in general administrative and clerical job assigned by the management
  • To perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management from time to time
  • Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skill
  • Able to work independently, attentive and thorough
  • Minimum requirement SPM, STPM or Diploma in any field
  • At least 1 year working experience in related field would be an added advantage
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Words and email
  • Able to start work immediately
  • Willing to work in Shah Alam
  • Five (5) working days a week
