- To support daily administration and operation of the company
- Maintain systematic filing system and safe keeping important and confidential documents for smooth data retrieving
- Assist in preparing documents for quotation, invoices and receipts
- Oversee and maintain staff attendance and leave records
- Plan & coordinate staff engagement activities
- Knowledge in HALAL, ISO 22000, MeSTI, GMP & HACCP application is an added advantage
- To assist in general administrative and clerical job assigned by the management
- To perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management from time to time
- Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skill
- Able to work independently, attentive and thorough
- Minimum requirement SPM, STPM or Diploma in any field
- At least 1 year working experience in related field would be an added advantage
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Words and email
- Able to start work immediately
- Willing to work in Shah Alam
- Five (5) working days a week
