Job Overview An after-sales manager 's role is to ensure the overall satisfaction of a company's customers. They are concerned with the service they've received and with any problems that have arisen. They may also oversee post-marketing activities, manage certain budgets, and handle customer follow-ups.
Criteria:
Qualification – Any under graduation / Post Graduation
Gender – Male / Female
Experience – 1 to 3 years
Language preferences – English (Proficient Accent), local language (Country/region based) and multilingual would be adding weightage
Immediate reporting manager - Sr. Manager – SS / Technical Head - S & M
Eligibility:
o 1-3 years of industry experience or a related after sales / New sales experience/CRM required
o Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
o High quality organizational skills
o The ability to work well under deadlines and to multitask
o The ability to build relationships and coalitions within the community
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills
o Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
o Create and maintain a database of clients and client needs.
o Assess client Escalations, track and follow until the problem is fixed.
o Ensure cold call for existing and lost customer in regular intervals
o Ensure that the proposal is generated and submitted to customer prior to 90 days of contract expiry.
o Ensure that the dunning letters, suspension letter and termination letters are sent to defaulted customer time to time.
o Ensure the contract booking for all the conversion, renewals & recapture units within 24 hrs of the order acceptance along with payment.
o Ensure to maintain the documents as per ISO regulations.
o Accurately listen to, record and respond to customer communications
o Direct incoming customer queries to the advice or service that will best meet their needs
o Work with order systems to solve problems and reach satisfactory conclusions
o Work quickly and efficiently and within company guidelines
o Communicate in a friendly and professional manner with customers and internal departments
o Upsell products or services as appropriate
o Promote NPS score
o Achieve 100% KPI as set by company / reporting manager.
