Job Responsibility

  • Handle inbound/outbound enquiries from various channels (phone calls, email, WhatsApp and Facebook);
  • Always work closely with team members and leaders to achieve quality results and productivity.
  • To channel and escalate any unresolved issues/complaints to other stakeholders or next level within the agreed procedure.
  • Support ad-hoc tasks and projects from time to time which assigned by the Team Lead

Job Requirements

  • Education Experience: SPM Certificate holder with working experience OR Diploma holder with no work experience is required;
  • Experience in customer service/sales support/call center would be beneficial;
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia both verbal and written.
  • Candidate must be fluent in written and spoken Mandarin to converse with Mandarin-speaking customers.
  • Proficient in Google Suite / MS Office;
  • Able to work 5 days a week (including public holidays and weekends) with 2 fixed off days per week, rotation shifts hours change on monthly basis;
  • Pleasant attitude who takes ownership in answering enquiries and helping customers get the smooth and optimal viewing experience
  • Fast and Accurate worker: You have meticulous attention to detail and know how to review your work to produce quality and deliver fast;
  • Client-centric: You enjoy spending time with people and take pride in making Revenue clients successful; being polite and committed to all tasks;
  • Can-do attitude Problem-solver: You are a roll-up-your-sleeves doer. You see a problem, arrive at a solution quickly, and know what IT takes to get things done.
