Brand & Marketing Manager (ideally with an agency background) to lead client projects, develop strategic solutions, manage, and oversee the branding and marketing client accounts together in collaboration with the marketing and creative team. This role requires excellent client management skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to balance multiple projects while delivering exceptional results.
Client Strategy & Management
· Develop and execute brand and marketing strategies for diverse client portfolios
· Lead client consultations, presentations, and regular progress meetings
· Manage client expectations and maintain strong client relationships
· Oversee client accounts while ensuring high satisfaction levels
· Translate client objectives into actionable brand and marketing solutions
Brand Management
· Conduct market research and competitive analysis for client brands
· Develop comprehensive brand strategies, positioning, and messaging frameworks
· Maintain brand guidelines and identity systems
· Oversee brand implementation across various client touchpoints
· Monitor and manage client brand reputation through dedicated systems
· Guide clients in brand development and transformation initiatives
Marketing Strategy & Execution
· Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns for the company and clients
· Develop strategic marketing plans aligned with client goals and budgets
· Oversee all the marketing initiatives including offline events, social media, content marketing, and web presence
· Work closely with the performance marketing team to create and optimise marketing campaigns across multiple channels
· Track campaign performance and provide detailed reports to clients
· Recommend improvements and adjustments based on data analysis
Team Leadership
· Lead and coordinate internal teams across different projects
· Brief and guide internal teams on client requirements and expectations
· Review and approve deliverables before client presentation
· Ensure quality control across all client work
· Mentor junior team members and provide constructive feedback
· Collaborate with other department heads for integrated project delivery
Project & Resource Management
· Manage multiple project timelines and deadlines effectively
· Allocate agency resources efficiently across various client projects
· Develop project scopes and proposals for new clients
· Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services
Content & Communications
· Oversee the development of high-quality content for client brands
· Review and approve all client-facing communications
· Ensure consistency in tone, message, and quality across all deliverables
· Guide content strategy and creation across various platforms
· Manage crisis communications as and when required
Business Development
· Support new business pitches and proposal development
· Identify growth opportunities within existing client accounts and new accounts
· Network and build relationships with potential clients
· Stay ahead with the industry trends and bring innovative solutions to clients
Required Qualifications
· Over five (5) years of experience in brand and marketing management
· Proven track record of successful client account management
· Strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing channels
· Excellent project management and team leadership skills
· Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
· Experience in managing multiple high-value client relationships
· Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns
· Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability
Desired Skills
· Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
· Proficiency in Chinese, both spoken and written, would be an advantage
· Knowledge of current digital marketing trends and best practices
· Understanding of various industry sectors and their specific challenges
· Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
· Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
· Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
