Job Scopes:
• Assist accounts seniors to perform accounting and book keeping works including data entry, bank reconciliation, posting monthly invoices and bills, documentation-check
• Assist on corporate secretarial matters
• Responsible to perform office and administrative tasks in support of the company including filing and retrieving documents, photocopying etc.
Requirements:
• Candidate must posses or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Secretarial or equivalent
• Required skill: MS Excel
• Required languages: Mandarin, English
Working Locations:
• Johor Bahru City Square Office Tower
• Kulai Bandar Indahpura
Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
