  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The selected PhD candidate will participate in the design and development of an autonomous mobile robot for agricultural applications. After receiving an offer letter for PhD studies from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, the candidate will undergo an interview to assess scholarship eligibility. Upon acceptance, the candidate will receive a monthly stipend for three years and have the tuition fees covered.

Responsibilities

  1. To be registered as a full time PhD student at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, Johor, Malaysia
  2. Design and develop an autonomous mobile robot for an agricultural application as part of PhD research
  3. Fulfill obligations as a student to successfully complete a PhD program.

Qualifications

  1. Malaysian
  2. Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or other relevant engineering discipline (or bachelor's degree for fast-track PhD
  3. Experience in mobile robot development
  4. Python programming skills
