Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the overall marketing processes, including market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch.
2. Development of a Brand and Communications Plan including strategy, goals, KPIs, budget, tactics, events, and key messaging.
3. Determine the marketing positioning based on market research, production costs and anticipated demand.
4. Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends impacting real manufacturing market outlook and make effective recommendations on communication strategy surrounding them.
5. Develop media relations strategy and seek high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media in key target markets. Plan and coordinate all public relations activities, including media events, and familiarization visits, including follow-up and supervision of archiving of resulting coverage.
6. Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within business and industry media. Proactively initiate collaborations with all designated PR agencies.
7. Directly responsible in planning and developing digital and social media strategies in targeting the right audiences with compelling and resonating messages, including promotions and track performance, organic and paid campaigns, and overseeing all agency liaisons.
8. To assist in developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for current ongoing development projects. The strategic planning and approach of marketing effort and initiatives to be discussed and reviewed with Head of Department.
9. Presentation of all research findings and analysis to management and development teams, continuously review of latest updates on the market outlook and latest trends.
10. Work closely with the team in reviewing existing and creating new collateral (online & offline) that is conform with brand standards and visual guidelines, and work with design agencies on specific projects that are in line with brand standards and guidelines; assist with final touch-up and creation of collateral designs as and when required.
11. Work with sales team closely to update own and partners’ websites and collaterals regularly.
Qualifications:
• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including social media platforms, Google Ads, SEO, and email marketing is a plus.
• Understanding of market research techniques and data analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
