  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Are you a results-driven individual with a passion for customer engagement? Westwood Clinic, a leading aesthetic clinic, is looking for a dynamic and motivated Telemarketer to join our team.

  • Engage with potential customers who have expressed interest in our services via social media ads, WhatsApp, and calls.
  • Convert customer inquiries into confirmed appointments for aesthetic consultations and treatments.
  • Build rapport with clients by providing detailed information about our services and addressing any concerns or questions.
  • Follow up with customers who have shown interest but have not yet booked appointments.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointment bookings using CRM software.
  • Collaborate closely with the clinic’s sales and marketing teams to optimize conversion strategies.
  • Achieve monthly targets for appointment conversion and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service. Experience in the beauty, wellness, or aesthetic industry is an added advantage.
  • Education: Minimum SPM or equivalent.
  • Language Proficiency: Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both spoken and written). Additional language skills are a plus.
  • Availability: Willing to work on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as these are key times for conversions.
