  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for BIM Modeler/CAD Drafter at DJ Engineering and Construction Pte Ltd (DJEC) located in Singapore. The role involves creating construction drawings, building information modelling (BIM), and working on Architecture, MEP, and Structure services projects. You will support the project teams facilitate efficient project delivery. You will work closely with architects, and engineers to ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications.

Qualifications:

• Nitec, Higher Nitec, Diploma, or Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Previous internship or experience in a similar role is a plus.

• Understanding of 3D modeling and visualization techniques.

• Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
